Redstone flashes and makes lava to obsidian/putting out fire sound.

Redstone flashes randomly and makes fizz sounds.
I was making a random redstone creation when one of my lines of redstone randomly flashed and made a lava to obsidian sound when it stopped flashing

I highly doubt the redstone should be making those sounds or flashing randomly every now and then. I have located the sound, and it is found in assets folder, random folder and is fizz.ogg

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place two blocks on the ground.
2. Place a redstone torch on the one side of two blocks.
3. Place a block above the redstone torch
4. Place redstone on the blocks.
5. Place a button on the one side.
6. If the redstone doesn't flash or make the sound press the button.
