Sculk screamer glitch

Whenever I trigger a sculk screamer, no matter how long I wait it never seems to trigger again I have even replaced them, but it seems to trigger only once per world.

I assume this will be fixed in the wild update but in case this bug has not been reported I'm just letting you people at Mojang about this bug.
