Windows 10 volume cant be seen

When playing i will use the volume up/down keys to see what song is playing as it will show in the top left. When playing Java with the new launcher it doesnt show up as a layer above minecraft anymore.

I have not tested it in Bedrock as i still have the seperatre version installed.
