Warden occasionally spawns on walls

The warden occasionally spawns in blocks, which ends up with it just making noises and suffocating

What I expected to happen was...:
It wouldnt spawn in the blocks

What actually happened was...:
It spawned in blocks, started suffocating, and made my ears bleed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sculk shrieker near a 1 block or two block tall area.
2. Trigger the shrieker

3. Try a few times because  the Warden's spawn point seems semi random
