[1.19 ex1] Warden summoned with silent:1b still has heartbeat

This affects 1.19_deep_dark_experimental_snapshot-1 but the bug tracker won't let me pick this option

If you summon the warden with "/summon minecraft:warden ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b, Silent:1b}", it still has heartbeat sound, instead of being completely silent.
