Nautilus particles produced around entities persist even after the targeted entity dies.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a large body of water and construct a complete conduit.
2. Summon a drowned next to the conduit, and watch it closely.
3. Observe how nautilus particles are produced around the drowned as the conduit damages it.
4. Wait for the drowned to be killed by the conduit and pay close attention to the nautilus particles produced at its death location.
5. Take note as to whether or not nautilus particles produced around entities persist even after the targeted entity dies.

Observed Behavior:

Nautilus particles produced around entities persist even after the targeted entity dies.

Expected Behavior:

Nautilus particles would not persist after the targeted entity dies.
