Bees can't get pollen from under flower leaves blocks

Bees are attracted by flower leaves in roof. Do a dance & leave w/out any pollen. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Cover all sides of a flower leaves block w/ solid blocks. [Including corners]
2. Have bees nearby to 'see' the bottom of leaves. [w/ a hive/nest]

Observed Results: Bees will fly to flower laves & not collect pollen.

Expected Results: Bees will fly to flower laves & collect pollen.

Affected Blocks: flowering_azalea_leaves & cherry_leaves.

Notes: I've seen that they can gather pollen from top & sides normally. They can even see through an angle of a block Just to bottom doesn't seem to work. None of the bees have pollen w/ many flowers in the roof.
