Most off hand (left hand) items mirrored improperly

When using the left hand or off-hand, the item is mirrored improperly.

What I expected:
It looks the same on either had, just reversed

What actually happens:
Most items look "funky" and reversed in the wrong axis (especially noticeable with food items)

How to reproduce:

• Take item (e.g. cooked cod)
• Hold in main hand
• Take same item and hold in off-hand
• They look different
