minecraft:forest_rock feature does not work correctly when used with /place

The Bug

When using the /place feature command to place this feature, it does not work.

Reproduce

• Use /place feature minecraft:forest_rock ~ ~ ~

Observed Result

The game said it was loaded but nothing appeared.
It only gets placed server-side and not client-side.

Expected Result

It would also show on client-side.
