[MC-248195] Typing /placefeature crashes client when connected to a server

The bug

When /placefeature is typed while connected to a server, it crashes the game. The crash is experienced client-side only; the server is unaffected. This may be caused by the client not having direct access to the server's file system.

How to reproduce

Start a server
Join the server
Type /placefeature in chat, followed by a space
