Glitched signs and item frames

In 1,6,2, I made my server shop about x:25000000 z:20000000 and paintings and intem frames are glitched out there, they dont stick to a block, they sort of float in mid air if i stand from a diffrent angle and dont show at all if looking directly at the block they were placed on, they work fine at spawn which is about x:100000 z:100000
