Filled maps aren't held with both hands in third person

The Bug:

When a player holds a filled map in first person, both hands are shown to be holding the map, however, in third person, only a singular hand is used.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Switch into first person, obtain a map and use it.
• Begin holding the filled map and observe how both hands are used to hold it in first person.
• Switch into third person and observe how you hold the map.
• Take note as to whether or not filled maps are held with both hands in third person.

Observed Behavior:

Boths hands are used to hold a filled map in first person but only one hand is used to hold them in third person.

Expected Behavior:

Both hands would be used to hold maps in first and third person.
