Fishing Bobber visually rotates to face player's head

The fishing bobber rotates with your head, creating some weird scenarios.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get yourself a "Fishing Rod".
2. Trow it into some water.
3. Get to the left or right and above from it and look 90° away.

Observed Results:
The fishing Rod rotates on Y axis and X or Z axis at the same time.

Expected Results:
The fishing Rod rotates on Y axis or X or Z axis at the same time.
