Some blocks are not placed in the water

Hello developers. I'm Russian. I found a bug that we people really need to fix. Some blocks are not placed in the water, that is, there is air inside the water, and not in the water (gates, doors, pistons, funnels, pulpit, slabs, anvil,dripleaf,...), and some blocks are already in the water (rails, chests, glass panels, chains, fences). Here's what the screenshots look like. Please fix this bug urgently, otherwise it's easier for people to swim into the water using the door, because you can breathe there. And the Bedrock Edition has already been fixed. Thank you in advance!
