(SOLVED) Commands don't show up in chat

I cannot see the commands I type into chat. I am able to use commands, and I have commandBlockOutput set to true. Commands still work, as I'm able to give myself items with the give command, but it's frustrating because I can't see the world seed with /seed.

 

EDIT : I confused sendCommandFeedback for commandBlockOutput in the Game Rules option in creating a new world. No bugs here! Just a small mistake sorry
