Glass texture goes funny while placing.

I was placing down glass for my nether wart farm build, until I started to see a weird texture bug where it goes invisible for a second then reappears as placed down glass. I recorded it to see if it was just my imagination and it wasn't. I can't post it on here (too big of a file), but I did just post it on YouTube. 

Look closely at the glass texture before commenting on this.
