Cacti can survive despite azaleas or flowering azaleas being placed adjacent to them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down an azalea.
2. Place down some cactus next to it.
3. Take note as to whether or not cacti can survive despite azaleas or flowering azaleas being placed adjacent to them.

Observed Behavior:

Cacti can survive.

Expected Behavior:

Cacti would not be able to survive and would instead be destroyed.
