Untamed cats and ocelots on a leash glitch out when the player holds raw fish

If you tie a cat (untamed) with a lead to a fence post and walk away enough blocks for them to not be able to walk up to you, they cat will rapidly enter and leave the 'pled' state when you hold a fish in your hand (if you are).
