Datapacks won`t work

I created some datapacks in 1.17.1 to place my own villages and desert temples into the world and they work fine.
Now in 1.18 there I`m missing "starts" in the biome folders to place my structures.
Is there a way how to fix this problem or how to get my datapacks to work again...?
