The Nether Quartz item texture extends up pixel into the hotbar outline.

 

Reproduce

• Put Nether Quartz in your hotbar.
• Look at it.

 

Observed Result

The texture extended into the outline.

 

Expected Result

The texture wouldn't extend into the hotbar outline.
