All mobs in realms stuttering

Since updating to 1.18.1 all mobs on our realm are stuttering when moving. No fluid walking/movements at all.

All mobs effected, hostile, passive, villagers, fish.

All users see the same stuttering - not lag related.

No change with 1 or 3 people in the same area.
