Ice spike biomes are unable to generate igloos, villages, or pillager outposts.

How to reproduce

Use the single biome world type and set the biome to ice spikes, then use the /locate command to find an igloo, a village, or a pillager outpost. None of these structures will exist in this world.

Expected Result

Igloos, villages and pillager outposts would generate.
