Oxygen bubbles not reset on death [Server only]

May affect earlier versions, I've only tested on version 1.18.1. Only occurs on servers, not singleplayer.

Oxygen level is not reset on death. For example: if a player drowns, they will respawn with 1 bubble in the oxygen bar. This will replenish to the normal level and does not damage the player, but I don't believe this behavior is intended.

 

Reproduce:

1. Drown (or die with a less-than-full oxygen level).
2. Respawn

Expected: Oxygen level to be full, and 'bubble bar' to not be shown.

Observed: Oxygen level is the same as it was on death, and the bubble bar is shown.
