"Manage with Microsoft account" button in Social Interactions menu is not centered

The "Manage with Microsoft Account" button inside the social interactions menu is not centered. It'll show uncentered regardless of GUI size.

Steps:

1. Go into the social interactions menu ("p" key by default)
2. Click on "Blocked"
3. Look at the button
