Checkboxes don't get highlighted when the cursor hovers over them

The Bug:

Checkboxes don't get highlighted when the cursor hovers over them, But do when tab is pressed to highlight them. Which is inconsistent with other buttons.

Reproduce:

1. Go to a menu with a checkbox (multiplayer warning or optimize world)
2. Press tab to select the checkbox
   → The checkbox was highlighted
3. Press tab again to select a different button
4. Hover your mouse over the checkbox
   → The checkbox was not highlighted

Observed Result:

The checkbox was not highlighted

Expected Result:

The checkbox would be highlighted
