"Search" Option in Social Interactions Screen is not labeled in the right order when using Tab

The Bug

Search option is last when navigating in Social Interactions Screen in Blocked tab.

 

How to Reproduce

1. Join into server/LAN world
2. Open Social Interactions Screen using "P"
3. Open "Blocked" tab
4. Press tab few times

Observed Result

"Search" option is behind "Manage with Microsoft account" button, despite being higher

Expected Result

The "Search" option would come before the the "Manage with Microsoft account" button
