Strongholds generate with caves, leaving out parts of the ground and making lush shtrongholds.

So, I logged into 1.18 prerelease 1, and teleported to the stronghold that was nearest me, and it was inside of a cave, and the terrain was bugged. The library floors and walls were somewhat gone, and the main parts of the stronghold were with lush cave biome. Please fix this. EDIT: The seed for this: 417897533819080603
