I have paid but still offered to BUY

Hai Team, 

I have bought the game. Full game. Yet, when I wanted to log into my account today. It tells me to buy the game again when I have already purchased the full game. I have attached the receipt as proof of my purchase. 

Eventho I have signed into the website, and I do have a profile there. It still is telling me to buy the full version of the game. Please assist with this issue or please refund me my money.
