Minecraft Duration Bar Different

Hello, while I was playing Minecraft, I had noticed something different about the effect bar. My effect bar is on the right side of the screen, and I can't see the duration without moving my cursor. Since I have not had this issue before 1.18, I'm thinking either my video settings were changed or it could be something else causing this issue.
