fog in 1.18

The fog/ (simulated distance) in this most recent version is awful it should be possible to disable it. it honestly make me a bit nauseous, and i struggle to see anything, at the very least make it client side for realms cause cause the realm I'm on already has a pretty short render distance, and the fog makes it way to short
