No end portal in the end island

I logged on to my world that I played on 1.17.1 with 1.18, when i went to the stronghold the end portal didn't have any eyes of ender, so i refilled the portal with eyes of ender and the whole end was reset, my enderman farm was gone and when i went to go back home the end portal was missing to go back home. i looked around everywhere and i got my second account on with spectator mode on to see if it was in the island but it was no where
