1.18 command block bug

Either my world save is corrupted because i switched to 1.18 or command blocks have been changed. Because when powered by a redstone block, the command block activates every tick instead of just once. This pretty much destroyed my world because now I have unconnected powered repeaters, ghost blocks, buttons don't work, etc.
