Realm connection errors

When connecting to any realm world, I will arbitrarily get disconnected from the realm. It will tell me "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset". Sometimes I'm able to play for up to an hour, and other times I can't even load into the server at all before it boots me and tells me the connection reset message. Yesterday it had only happened to me three times within roughly 3-4 hours of gameplay, but today it's happened countless times in only 2 hours. I've tried updating my Java to version 17, but that doesn't seem to work either. Sometimes the game is unplayable, and sometimes I'm able to ignore it.
