The Bug:

The nether quartz item texture extends into the hotbar outline.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a piece of nether quartz and place it in your hotbar.
2. Look around the upper part of the nether quartz closely.
3. Take note as to whether or not the nether quartz item texture extends into the hotbar outline.

Observed Behavior:

The texture extends into the hotbar outline.

Expected Behavior:

The texture wouldn't extend into the hotbar outline.
