A timed out error when joining server

I just bought a MC server for my buddies and I. I am unable to play on my own server do to the below error. 

I join my MC server, and I have anywhere between 10 seconds to 5 minutes before I get kicked.

I have tried every fix I could think of, and every one that I found across the web.

Including the list on that one bug that I'm SURE this one will be marked as a duplicate of.

This error does not affect me if I join another server, and it doesn't affect me when I use a different Wifi network.

This was apparently declared "Fixed" in 1.17. This issue still persists.

Go ahead and declare this a duplicate. I don't care. I'm just trying to make this more well known. This bug is no longer fixed.

This is for 1.18 and not 1.17.
