Lucky blocks on cube craft

When loading in i load in 30+ seconds after everyone else and the world is see through so I can't see any buildings or obstacles. Sometimes I load into the centre of the world and sometimes I load in on the enemy team. This only happens when I'm on multiplayer and I'm not the host. It's really annoying and I can't play it like this. My internet is good and everything is up to date so it's an issue with the game itself.
