Realms issue

I had to transfer my account from Mojang, to Microsoft in order to keep playing the game. I own a realm called "Titancraft". After transferring I cannot log into the realm. On Microsoft it shows i do not own any realms, but in Mojang it still shows that I do. Wondering what can be done to make it so I can transfer the realm ownership over as well? Thanks!
