Glow Squids Spawn In Villages (Superflat Only)

When I created a Superflat world and I found a village, then I found this bug :

I didn't expect that Glow Squids are spawning in villages. This isn't an intended behaviour, normally Glow Squids should spawn in dark areas but not in villages !

I attached a photo to show that I haven't used a spawn egg.
