Decorations & other generations appearing on superflat worlds without decoration included in preset

Superflat worlds I generate, notably lacking the "decoration" tag or any other structure generation tag in the preset, is generating lava_lakes, lakes, and general decoration in my worlds. It seems to be limited to presets with deeper worlds (custom, overworld, tunneler's dream, etc.).
