1.18 Server will not start due to class error.

When 1.18 launched. I went to open the server and have it run. Originally the Jar just wouldn't open so I decided I would make a quick .bat script and try to run it via that. Running it provided me an error on launch which is

"java.lang.IllegalStateException: Resource /META-INF/main-class not found
        at net.minecraft.bundler.Main.readResource(Main.java:80)
        at net.minecraft.bundler.Main.run(Main.java:30)
        at net.minecraft.bundler.Main.main(Main.java:25)
Failed to extract server libraries, exiting
Press any key to continue . . ."

I've tried reinstalling Java. 16, and 17.0.1

The game runs fine while the server doesn't even continue.
