inventory gone

so during a thunderstorm I died to a charged creeper, when I was going to get my stuff it was just all firework rockets (the one for flying). it replaced everything, netherite tools and armor, elytra, everything. I have a backup I made recently so no big deal but this can be a real big issue especially with no backup made recently. I have a few datapacks from 1.17 but i have no idea if this was the cause or not so just reporting it here
