1.18 so laggy and tones of crashes (Not-responding)

The 1.18 is so laggy and always getting crashes (Not really crashes, but is what we call "Not-Responding" and is very annoying...) (on laptop), and also the other applications are also becoming laggy at the same time while the game is lagging. What I'm surprised by is that it happens on singleplayer plays but has not happened on multiplayer. (The lag video is in the video under)
