Weird Swamp Biome Ocean Thingy

I found this in my world while I had my biome blend off. Don't really wanna show you with max biome blend so you can try it yourself. Seed: 7029922615983406344, Coordinates: -260 112 -293. I don't know if this is a bug or not though
