Updating world breaks geodes at y = 0

Geodes are broken by bedrock of 1.17 replaced by deepslate

     load this world in 1.17.x
     load the chunks 17 ~ -3 and 17 ~ -4
     load the world in 1.18
     go to 277 -2 47
     now you can see deepslate, which replaced 1.17 bedrock and broke the geode
     (image added)

 

It works in any world updated to 1.18 with geodes at y=0
