Game fails to launch 50% of times

My game fails to start up 50% of the time. I had this issue when 1.17.1 dropped but in 1.18 snapshots it didn't crash so I didn't think to report it. Now that 1.18 dropped the issue persists. I click play in the launcher and after a few seconds of the launcher closing, it reopens with the error text.
