Yellow Shulker Box destroyed when mined

When i mined my Yellow Shulker Box with Sponges inside it just dissapears

The pickaxe was a Efficiency V, Unbreaking 3, Mending and Fortune 3 Netherite Pickaxe

i tried to replicate the problem with a normal and a purple box, but it only seem to affect the yellow again.
