1.18 single biome world generation is bugged

Hi!

I just stumbled upon a bug that causes a world with a single biome world type generation to be very disturbed. 

The particular single biome I tried was "Deep frozen ocean", I haven't tried any others yet.

it seems like the "Plains" biome melted with the "deep frozen ocean" which resulted in a some weird results. (Please find an example in my attached screenshots)
