1.18 CPU issue

So when i tried 1.18 is noticed cpu being used at 90 % which is NOT normal for minecraft (I have a good cpu so 6 cores and 12 theards at 3.50 ghz base )so my cpu isn't the issue 

but when i tried 1.17.1 cpu when to below 20 % usage . i tried mods to that use ram cpu heavily cpu was well below 30 so the issue is with 1.18 for some reason idk why
