Nothing happens when I click ''play'' :'(

It wont just start the game? I reinstalled minecraft, even java. Please help me or do something about it! Just got my brand new computer and I wanna play minecraft so bad.
What I expected to happen was...
Run minecraft, waiting for it to load. Click play > pop minecraft and then play for real.
What actually happened was...:
Minecraft did not pop up. Lots of thing to the left saying some codes and such like that.
