Blocks losing the loot inside them after dying

I died and respawned in my house with the chests. I respawned and logged off before the chunks fully loaded, then I entered again to the world and after the chunks loaded, all the loot inside all the lootable blocks dissapeared. It affected the chests and the furnaces. I tried exiting and then reentering the world but nothing happened; all the loot has been gone forever.

 

Edit: If I can add one more thing to help solve this bug when i first tried to load the chest appeared with invisible hitboxes, then I F3 + A and they showed but even before I reloaded chunks there weren't any items in there.
